Daily exercise can help reduce back spasms. It will hopefully help reduce the frequency and severity of the spasms. Exercise can help a lot of different problems, including back spasms.
Exercising should be very appealing. Not only does it reduce the pain from back spasms, it also help one to get in shape, look good, have energy, and be stronger and healthier in all aspects. It feels so good when one actually commits oneself to doing it regularly. The problem is that often people with back spasms experience such severe pain that they don’t feel like they can endure exercise and extra physical activity and movement.
Those that have pain from back spasms just need to learn to begin exercising. It will be ok and over time their pain will get better. One should start off slowly so they don’t overdo it and so if pain does come on it will be easier to relax and ease that pain. Start slow and progress.
